Latest Iphone 7 Rumors

SPECS AND RUMORS

Update:- Apple iPhone 7 will introduce a new lightning Charge technology which can charge the smartphone from 0-65% in just 40 minutes (Similar to Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 2.0 technology). The iPhone 7 will feature a 2380 mAh Non-Removable Li-Pol Battery and iPhone 7 Plus will feature a 3000 mAh battery which is a minor battery side improvement compare to iPhone 6s and iPhone 6 Plus.
Another report suggested that Apple possibly ditching those homely plastic lines across the back of your iPhone that you probably not noticed in the first place or not even now, But the plastic is practical It allows the phone’s antenna to work by not blocking radio waves ( Network Signals).
A patent application filed by Apple, as reported by Business Insider and others, describes the company’s development of a composite metal material that allows radio waves through but also looks just like the rest of your phone’s body. “The idea would be to give a device like an iPhone a fully metallic look without affecting the phone’s cellular performance,” Isn’t this amazing?

However, one rumour out of Yahoo News claims the firm might have something more radical than usual planned, claiming: “Apple has a few tricks up its sleeve for 2016.

“The company has plans to launch a new, completely redesigned iPhone next year – and it won’t be the iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus we’re all expecting.”

DISPLAY

Despite these claims of drastic changes, Apple is expected to retain the LTPS-based LCD panel for the handset’s display, despite venturing into OLED screens for the Apple Watch. This move led for some to speculate that Apple indeed would also use OLED tech for its next smartphone.
iPhone 7

Rumours suggest that Apple might choose a scratch-proof sapphire display in the next-generation iPhone, such as that found on the Apple Watch. Production problems reportedly prevented the iPhone 6 launching with a sapphire display, but speculation claims that Apple has teamed with Foxconn and fixed the production problem to get the tough displays ready in time. Some rumors are saying that sapphire display technology have not meet the quality point of Apple inc.
In terms of screen size, there’s talk that Apple will release multiple variations of the iPhone this year, one with a 4.7 inches screen and one with a 5.5 inches screen. Some rumors claim that Apple will also release a smaller 4 inches model aimed at customers with dainty hands and it will also cost less but there is no confirmation about the 4 inches model.
The Wall Street Journal (paywalled) reports that the display on the iPhone 7 and iPhone  7plus curved or not, will feature the same Force Touch technology introduced in Apple’s first 12in MacBook, enabling a touch-sensitive surface to register degrees of pressure as well as movement. According to the leaked report, this would make way for new applications such as “a piano-playing app that would make different sounds when touched lightly or touched more heavily”.
It means  Force Touch technology reportedly will make the iPhone 7 bit beautiful and better than Apple’s earlier iPhone models but adding an extra 2 mm of thickness is the dark side of this technology.
Seperately, DigiTimes a technology blog reports that Apple iPhone 7 will introduce a Touch ID sensor built into the screen (below – image Source – Computer Bild).

The report claims: “Apple is internally developing touch and display driver integration (TDDI) single-chip solutions for its iPhones, according to sources in Taiwan’s IC design industry.
iPhone 7 touch id
“The TDDI single-chip solutions will also come with integrated fingerprint sensors, said the sources. The integrated design would fit into future iPhone designs – models with ultra-thin and ultra-narrow displays, and with a whole plane design eliminating the Home button.”
The smartphone is expected to feature the same sculpted aluminium body as the iPhone 6, and likely to be available in the same white, space grey and gold colour options. There’s also talk that the iPhone 7 will be available in pink, but we’d take this with a pinch of salt, while another report claims that Apple will introduce a new “rose gold” colour. Choosing pink color is a great idea because 32% iPhone users are women.

OPERATING SYSTEM AND HARDWARES

The iPhone 7, we’ll assume, will run Apple’s next iOS release, iOS 9. This was unveiled at Apple’s Worldwide Developer Conference, bringing with it a number of performance and usability enhancements and some new features.
iOS 9 also brings with it some new features. This includes a battery saving mode that allows users to squeeze an extra three hours of life out of their smartphone, and a feature called Proactive Siri that sees Apple’s virtual assistant taking on Google Now and Microsoft’s Cortana with context-based suggestions.
The release of iOS 9 later this year will also mark the debut of a new Apple Maps application with public transport directions and Apple News, Apple’s Flipboard App competitor.

On hardware side the iPhone 7 is expected to feature an A9 chip manufactured by TSMC. Previous speculation had suggested Apple would go look to Samsung to supply innards for its next-gen iPhone, but it has apparently since dumped it due to the unforseen popularity of the Galaxy S6.
Update :- Some confirms that iPhone 7 would feature a 14nm A9 CPU manufactured by Samsung the reason behind the move is simple more performance with less battery consumption.
Apple iphone 7 will be paired with 2GB RAM, according to a report from Technews.tw, the same as inside the iPad Air.

STORAGE

In terms of storage, the iPhone 7 is likely to be available in the same 16GB, 64GB and 128GB variations as iPhone 6 Plus.

CAMERA

It’s been reported by Daring Fireball’s John Gruber that the next iPhone will have “the biggest camera jump ever”, featuring a two-lens system which apparently brings it up to digital SLR quality. He suggested that Apple might opt for Sony’s new 21MP image sensor, the Exmoor RS.
” ” Despite its incredible success over the years and some very convincing advertising campaigns, the iPhone is now well and truly outgunned when it comes to core camera specs. Perhaps not for long. Since the launch of the iPhone 6, Apple has been continually filing patents detailing all manner of advanced technologies, and now a report in Business Weekly Taiwan claims that the Cupertino giant has spent considerable time working very hard on its next iPhone camera breakthrough – and it could be the biggest one to-date. ” ”
A report out of KGI Securities points towards a 12MP rear-facing camera for the iPhone 7.
Weight has been further added to this rumour with Apple’s acqusition of LinX, a firm that specialises in high-end smartphone camera tech.
Beyond that, we don’t know much about the iPhone 7 yet, although some speculate that it might be the first iPhone to launch with wireless charging and with something incredible technologies because Apple is jumping from iphone 6 to iphone 7 which clearly indicates major changes and upgrades from the bottom to the top.

APPLE IPHONE 7 RELEASE DATE

According to a Apple Employee, the iPhone 7 will release earlier than expected because Apple is planning to change the release cycle from 2 years to 1.5 year to compete the over populated smartphone market.
According to Kuo, Foxconn will handle some 60 to 70 percent of the new iPhone 7 orders accounting for two-thirds of orders, with the remaining third being for the mooted 5.7 inches iPhone 7 Plus.
Apple iPhone 7  And iPhone 7 Plus Price
Again unsurprisingly there are no details regarding the cost of the iPhone 7 yet, but it’s likely to be priced similarly to this year’s iPhone 6s.

If Apple reveals a larger-screened iPhone 7 Plus handset, expect this to be more expensive .

Oculus Rift And HTC Vive Now Available Between $1,000 And $2,000

The shipment delays for the highly anticipated virtual reality (VR) headsets from Oculus and HTC have led to an escalated selling price on eBay for these products. The prices now range between $1,000 and $2,000.

This is a sharp jump from Facebook's $600 Oculus Rift and the HTC's $800 Vive, which means that you just might be tempted to sell yours if it were a gift and double your profits through eBay.

"We're working as fast as we can to get Rifts to customers who pre-ordered," stated a recent Oculus blogpost.

The preorders that opened on January 6 for the Facebook products shipped on March 28. The makers attributed this delay to "an unexpected component shortage," which was not accompanied by any further explanation. In an effort to sweeten the deal, the company has declared free shipment for all the delayed headsets, while the new Oculus VR headset orders are supposed to ship out in July.

Meanwhile, the delay in HTC Vive is not because of any mysterious shortage of headsets, but things like disruption in payment processing and communication. Some Vive delays also pertained to certain banks perceiving the product being a potentially fraudulent charge on the credit cards, which HTC is striving to rectify. The company has also stated that it is handling its hot market products on a first-come-first-serve basis in different countries.

HTC claims to have stuck to its original date of April 5 for starting shipment. However, one shouldn't really expect their April 1 preorder to arrive before the end of the month, provided HTC has given you the green signal for an April delivery.

But none of the reasons really explain the massive delay the first-day preorders are facing. People who have ordered within 15 minutes of the rollout are still yet to receive their shipments. On top of that, it is rumored that people who have ordered an Oculus Rift bundle with a gaming PC (not necessarily preorders) will be prioritized over those waiting for their VR headsets for months.

While the two players deal with their delivery issues, you can, in the meatime, head over to eBay to take a closer look at Oculus Rift and HTC Vive along with their escalated prices.

HTC 10, Whats new..

Samsung has offered both wireless charging standards in its Galaxy S phones for the last two years, and claims to have managed wireless speeds that are faster than some company's walled charger methods - so perhaps it's high time HTC joined the party too.

This device, which runs Android Marshmallow and is powered by a Snapdragon 820 processor, follows similar design lines as its predecessors, but comes with a streamlined, simplistic approach in terms of messaging and user experience.

The body of the HTC 10 is carved out of a single piece of aluminum and its 5.2-inch curved-edge Gorilla Glass display blends directly into the body.

Earlier this morning, HTC announced its new smartphone, the HTC 10, revealing that the Android device will have the ability to wirelessly play audio through devices and speakers that support streaming via Apple's AirPlay feature (via SlashGear).

The HTC 10 is available for pre-order now starting at $700.

As for the cameras, the HTC 10 packs in 12MP (UltraPixel) unit as the primary that features an f/1.8 aperture, laser AF and OIS along with a dual LED flash. When you finally decide to charge it, you'll be able to get it back up and running quickly through the support of Quick Charge 3.0 through its USB Type-C port. Cameras come in the form of a 12-megapixel rear camera which is neatly coupled with a 5-megapixel front-facing option. That model comes with 32GB of built-in storage (you can add more with a microSD card) and a $699 price tag.

For starters the HTC 10 will have a new BoomSound technology; HTC skipped its BoomSound speakers with the previous flagship device, the One A9.

You'll notice that throughout this article we've referred to the next HTC flagship as the HTC 10. It could well be called the HTC One M10, but we'll have to wait and see. Like most devices these days, rumours were rife about the spec and it seems they were on the money for the most part.

Verizon Allows Test Drive & Promos with HTC 10 Pre-Order

The new HTC 10 is one of the most exciting new smartphones to hit stores in the next month. We already know that Verizon will start taking pre-orders on April 29, and they claim they will be the first US carrier to offer the device for sale in early May. Verizon will also offer a free ‘test drive’ in any of the Verizon Wireless stores on April 29 – get a real, hands-on look at the HTC 10 with their exclusive in-store preview.

Not only will you get a full preview of the HTC 10, but Verizon is also offering a few bonus promos during this period. For starters, Verizon just did away with their up to $650 promo to reimburse new customers switching from another carrier. However, if you switch to Verizon from another carrier and trade-in your old phone, you can get up to $650 to pay off your old phone or contract. When you purchase an HTC 10 on a Verizon plan, you will get three months of free HBO – catch the season premieres of Game of Thrones, Silicon Valley, Veep and more. You can also get this promo if you switch to Verizon, upgrade to a new phone or activate a new line. With HBO NOW, you can stream all of the great programs HBO offers directly to your mobile devices. If you trade-in your old phone, Verizon will immediately apply that value toward your HTC 10 purchase.

The new HTC 10 comes with an all-new metal body that looks like it was chiseled from a solid block of metal. It features a 5.2-inch QHD LCD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and 565 pixels-per-inch (PPI). The brains come from a new Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 quad-core processor and an Adreno 530 GPU that will handle any graphics you can throw at it. It packs 4GB of DDR4 RAM and 32GB of internal memory that is expandable via a microSD card. The power comes from a 3000mAh non-removable battery that offers Quick Charge 3.0. It is running HTC Sense UI over the top of Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.

The HTC 10 does offer a fingerprint sensor in sort of a ‘home’ button position that can be used to authorize mobile payments. HTC did an excellent job in the camera area by using a 12MP UltrPixel primary camera and they even included OIS in the front-facing camera. The traditional BoomSound is changed with a woofer on the bottom of the device and the earpiece acting as the midrange and tweeter. It may be worth stopping by Verizon and take them up on a HTC 10 ‘test-drive.’
